While the Governor announced in his budget this week that the alternative tax credit for clean fuel vehicles is extended for another year, it is clear that New York does not have a long-term strategic plan for the increased use and deployment of alternative fuels and vehicles.
Please take a moment and give us your thoughts on the policies/incentives that will best move the market in New York. We will use your responses to frame the policy discussion at the AFV Task Force meeting next Wednesday.
