DIRECTIONS:

AIHA is located at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Dove Street in downtown Albany, one block west of the New York State Capitol.  From I-787 take Empire State Plaza exit; After emerging from Parking Garage overpass, bear right onto Swan Street.  Follow Swan Street three traffic lights to Elk Street. Turn left onto Elk Street.  1/4 mile-ish turn left into the AIHA parking lot.

 

PARKING:

AIHA offers limited parking for visitors in its lot on Elk and Dove Street.  During the week, metered parking is available on nearby streets and there are several lots and garages nearby.  On the weekends and evenings, ample free parking is available on the street.

 

 

 

 

 

Bios:

 

Mark J. Breslin

Mark was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the Albany, New York Business Unit effective January 1, 2003.  Mark joined Turner’s New York Business Unit (Albany, NY office) in 1995 as a Project Superintendent for the Albany School of Humanities.  In 1996, Mark was promoted to Project Manager on the Gloversville Enlarged School District Middle School.  In 1998, Mark was promoted to Pre-construction Manager concentrating on the development of K-12 school market and in 1999 to Operations Manager of New York North Consulting, overseeing all K-12 school construction in Upstate New York.  Mark was promoted to General Manager – Albany, his most recent assignment in January 2000.

 

Mark began his career with Clifford H. Quay and Son’s Inc. in 1983 as an estimator.  Mark was promoted to Project Manager for the expansions of Ellis Hospital and the Rotterdam Square Mall in 1988.  In 1990, Mark was promoted to Senior Project Manager in charge of the expansion of the Wilton Mall and the ARC Market Street Workshop.  In 1993, Mark was promoted to Vice President of Operations in charge of all field operations, estimating and purchasing.
