Bio:

Michael C. English, founder of Horizon Engineering Associates, has built a strong engineering consulting background that focuses on building commissioning.  He currently sits on the Building Commission Association (BCA) as Vice President and is instrumental in making policies and developing the future of the Building Commissioning Industry.  He is also involved with the development of the Commissioning Provider’s Certification Program through the BCA, and has written numerous papers and given presentations on the commissioning process worldwide.  Mr. English is a LEED-accredited professional with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
