Gerard Marciano, PE, CEM, CEP is responsible
for sales volume, market-share, and gross profits, participating in the
development and execution of the sales and marketing plan at Johnson
Controls. His duties include: planning, developing and executing sales
strategies. Gerard assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and
developing a self-sufficient, professional, and creative sales organization;
maintaining a high level of competence -- sales and technical --in the present
sales force; training sales personnel in the effective writing of commercial
specification and enhancement of relations with clients; assisting sales
personnel in developing and executing professional sales presentations;
providing leadership through personal successful salesmanship and
growth; organizing and coordinating participation in sales meetings,
college interviews, trade shows, and demonstrations.
David A. McIntosh has been assisting clients since 1977 with the creation of Quality Building Environments that are healthy, comfortable, productive, secure and cost effective. He holds an Associates of Science Degree in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology and has been involved in various technical training programs throughout his more than twenty-five years in the Building Environments/ Energy Management industry. He has held various positions from Service Technician – problem solving for clients on building systems – to Branch Manager for the Syracuse market. Currently, he is responsible for providing Facility Management solutions in the Plan and Specification marketplace.
