Presentation description: The Small Commercial Energy Audit Program is a public service provided by NYSERDA. It provides a comprehensive analysis and report of energy cost reduction measures to any small building owners (non-profits, retail, and commercial) that have $100,000 or less in annual electricity bills, and pays a System Benefit Charge through one of New York State's major utilities. The Region 3 authorized engineers, Landsberg Engineering and RLW Analytics, have delivered 121 audit reports to municipalities, non-profits, churches, and retail businesses since starting last year.

From the NYS Thruway take Exit 24. Take 90 East to Exit 6 "Loudonville." Keep left for Route 9N "Loudonville." Bear right to Northern Blvd. Take a right at the light, which is Northern Blvd. Take a left at the first light, which is Van Rensselaer Blvd. WRCC is on your immediate left.

 

From the East:

Take Route 90 West to Exit 6 "Loudonville 9N." Bear right to Northern Blvd. Take a right at the light, which is Northern Blvd.  Take a left at the first light, which is Van Rensselaer Blvd. WRCC is on your immediate left.

 

From the South:

From the NYS Thruway take Exit 23. Take 787N to the Interstate 90 Exit. Go 90 West to Buffalo. Take the first exit, which is exit 6 "Loudonville 9N." Bear right to Northern Blvd. Take a right at the light, which is Northern Blvd. Take a left at the first light, which is Van Rensselaer Blvd. WRCC is on your immediate left.

 

From the North:

From Route 87S take Exit 1E (90 East), continue to exit 6 "Loudonville." Bear right to Northern Blvd. Take a left at the first light, which is Van Rensselaer Blvd. WRCC is on your immediate left.
