Why a Regional Conference?

 

·        The goals of the conference are to improve the efficiency of  the scrap tire  industry and to promote regional cooperation on scrap tire programs.

·        Markets and flow of scrap tires have developed on a regional basis. 

·        The regulations, generation rates of scrap tires and competition in surrounding states can have a significant impact on your ability to survive in a very competitive and dynamic industry. 

·        The Northeastern Regional Scrap Tire Management Conference was developed to analyze the market forces in the 11 state region and allow state regulators to better understand the market place. 

·        The conference will also enable you to interact with the state regulators from the attending states and understand how their programs can impact your  markets.

From the NYS Thruway take Exit 24. Take 90 East to Exit 6 "Loudonville." Keep left for Route 9N "Loudonville." Bear right to Northern Blvd. Take a right at the light, which is Northern Blvd. Take a left at the first light, which is Van Rensselaer Blvd. WRCC is on your immediate left.


From the East:

From the South:
