The Environmental Business Association of New York State, Inc. (EBA/NYS) offers a variety of services to EBA/NYS members and non-members including use of our Conference Room and Conference Calling.

CONFERENCE ROOM (click for full information)

Conference table seats 12 people and Theatre style seats 30 people.

Two weeks notice is recommended to reserve space.  Room reservation on shorter notice is possible, but subject to availability. Payment is due at the time of reservation.  Reservations cancelled less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event, will be billed the total amount for room.

*Room will be set in style required.  Outgoing phone use and conference calling is available, for an additional charge.  Catering is also available for an additional charge and deposit.  Payment will be due on day of the event.   We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Check to EBA/NYS, Inc. for entire amount.

Conference Calling


CONFERENCE CALLING (Members Only)

*There is a maximum of 12 people on any conference call*

*Membership Dues must be current to utilize this service* 

   •  Time will be billed in 15 minute increments.

   •  If the number of lines used is under 6 the charge will be $8.00 per 15 minute increment; if the number of lines used is over 6 the charge will be $16.00 per 15 minute increment.

   •  Any portion of 15 minutes will be rounded up to the full 15 minutes.

EBA/NYS Newsletter

Our newsletter is mailed to more than 11,000 individuals & companies doing business in New York State who have an interest in the environmental industry in the state.  Additional newsletter copies are also handed out at all EBA/NYS functions, giving advertisers a distribution of over 15,000.
