The
mission of the EBA/NYS Water Supply Quality Assurance task force is to
provide for public-private partnerships for water and wastewater systems
to safeguard the advantage of local control through public utility
ownerships, while providing the economic and quality of service benefits
produced by competitive bid management. To provide water management
solutions that save tax dollars in all municipal and governmental
markets. To provide technical competence, reliability, and cost
effectiveness to the municipal marketplace.
The
mission of the EBA/NYS Water Supply Quality Assurance task force is to

competitive construction bid management; to provide economic and quality
water service benefits from technical competence, reliability and cost
effective management of municipal water and wastewater systems.
